Three Tree Hill offers a wine list featuring a variety of 90 South African wines produced under organic and biodynamic practices, women wine makers, black-owned wineries and smaller producers. Wines have also been carefully selected to represent all regions, grape varieties and terroirs of South Africa, which all make for the variety of distinctive and unique wines. Wines have also been chosen for producers who adhere to ethical practices, ensuring fair wages and improved living conditions for farm workers. There is also a vintage section in the cellar where guests can choose older vintages dating as far back as 2009.

The lodge's dining experience emphasises fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Meals are served individually, with a set three-course dinner menu that changes daily. Guests can savour homely farm-style dishes, followed by South African port or cognac, either by the fireplace or under the stars around the boma fire.

For those seeking a blend of history, nature, and ethical luxury, Three Tree Hill Lodge presents a compelling destination. Its commitment to sustainability and community upliftment, combined with unique experiences like the underground wine cellar and Fair Trade wine selection, make it a standout choice for travellers.
