Living Areas:
- The spectacular entrance is where you first encounter the owner's outstanding art collection.
- Either take the staircase, noting the interesting switch from glass to timber and art-lined walls, or enter via the efficient glass-walled lift.

First Floor
- The first floor comprises the gym and guest suite with.

Second Floor
- The second floor reveals a vast light-spilled living area, with unimpeded flow from the pool in the east to the jacuzzi in the west.
- Enjoy glorious sunset views with cocktail in hand from the rim-flow jacuzzi on the deck, or recline in the sumptuously furnished lounge to the tinkling of the grand piano.

Dining room / TV Room:
- Entertain lavishly at the 14-seater dining table (seated on Philippe Starck's Louis Ghost chairs), or kick back in the informal lounge, centred around the plasma-screen TV.

Kitchen:
- The adjoining kitchen is open-plan for showmanship cooking, with a separate pantry and scullery area.
