Situated in the beautifully revamped original cellar of the Manor House, the focus at The Werf Restaurant is on presenting contemporary soil-to-fork dining using the best available local, seasonal and ethically-sourced ingredients.

Our sharing plate menu features produce from the farm including our Black Angus beef, forest-reared Duroc pork as well as vegetables and herbs from The Werf Food Garden, which can be viewed from the conservatory.

Join Executive Chef Allistaire Lawrence and Cellar master Jacques Viljoen for an unforgettable evening of celebrating the best of our soil to fork dining with award-winning wines.

The last of our Winemaker’s Dinner for 2021 will see guests enjoy a three-course meal expertly paired with some of the best of Boschendal’s winemaking heritage.

Werf Breakfast special 

Enjoy your best start to the day with our farm-fresh breakfast overlooking the Werf Food Garden and mountains.
A choice of continental options, followed by a warm dish complemented by freshly squeezed juice and tea/coffee.

Farmer Jason`s black angus steak lunch 

Enjoy a celebration of Farmer Jason’s award-winning Black Angus Ribeye or Sirloin on the bone.  Served with sides to share and a glass from our 1685 Boschendal Red Wine Range.

Sunset  Soiree on the terrace 

Make a toast to the end of the week with our range of custom craft cocktails. The perfect way to celebrate at the end of every Friday. Available at The Werf deck overlooking our food garden and a view of the lovely mountains.

Lazy Sunday Lunch 

Sunday bring a chance to gather your nearest and dearest, break bread, reconnect and enjoy one another’s company. Experience all of this, surrounded by breathtaking views and homegrown soil-to-fork dishes paired with incredible wines.
