We welcome you to Hilda’s Kitchen, we appreciate your visit to our oasis on the West Coast and sincerely hope you enjoy your time with us.
Our Modern Country cooking only uses the freshest produce, much locally sourced and grown and the menu is designed to complement the outstanding wines of Groote Post.

Camembert, basil and tomato tart
Smoked salmon trout and new potato salad
A selection of Darling cured meats served with a pickled carrot salad

Slow roast pork belly with a plum and nut salad
Old Man’s steak roll with garlic mayo and hand cut chips
Chicken cooked with honey, lemon and soya sauce with roasted sweet potatoes
Grilled leg of lamb with a fresh mint and tomato vinaigrette
Penne cooked with a creamy basil pesto sauce
