At Nederburg, we understand that no two conferences or meetings are the same, so we tailor our offering to suit your needs.
The Nederburg Visitors’ Centre is a well-equipped conference and function venue with a flexible spatial configuration to suit a variety of needs and group sizes. We can accommodate anywhere from 10 to 80 people depending on the format you choose, from U-shape to classroom style or cinema-style seating. All our spaces are equipped with data projectors.
We serve coffee, tea and biscuits on arrival and you can choose from a variety of refreshments prepared by The Red Table restaurant.
Meals are served in the conference areas, outdoors (weather permitting) or in the manor house. The entire Nederburg range is available by the bottle and many of our wines are also offered by the glass.
Let us know of any special dietary requirements when booking. Please also note that while the kitchen does make provision for vegetarians, the premises are routinely used to prepare dishes using meat, seafood, peanuts and gluten products.
We are happy to take care of any additional needs such as flower arrangements, décor or additional technical equipment. While these costs will be added to your final invoice, we shall advise you of the sums involved beforehand and secure your approval before confirming.
