TOKARA welcomes anyone interested in experiencing the olive oil making process first hand with their TOKARA Olive Oil Experience Tour offering.
Throughout the classical wine-producing regions of the world, there’s a natural association between the olive grove and the vineyard.
 
Tokara’s olive oil journey began more than two decades ago when Anne-Marie Ferreira planted famed Tuscan olive varieties across the estate. It’s from these mature trees that we harvest plump ripe olives to obtain the natural fruit oil.
 
Today, we produce Tokara’s cold-pressed olive oils in our boutique-style olive mill adjacent to our Delicatessen. We extract our premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil using a state-of-the-art Italian Olive Press that allows precise control over the entire process.
