Our Wine and Biltong pairing will give you the opportunity to taste a selection of 5 of our wines, including 3 red wines that will be paired with 3 different types of Biltong. The Biltong is South African typical dried meat that you usually eat as a snack or as a deli with fine wines.
Boutique Wine Experience
Our Boutique Wine Experience is a tasting of 5 of our wines. It will allow you to discover our wide range of wines including Rosé, White and Red wines. You will also benefit from wine facts and story behind our label.
Madiba's Tasting
Madiba’s tasting give you the opportunity to discover 4 different vintages of our Floreal. It is a fun way to taste our flagship wine and try to guess the vintages. We like to call the Floreal, Madiba’s wine as the first vintage we produced, the 2004, was served for Nelson Mandela’s 90th birthday, celebrated at Buckingham Palace.
Blending Experience
The Blending Experience will allow you to understand the importance of the blending process and you will have the opportunity to create your own wine, based on 3 of our red varietals (Shiraz, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon).
It takes approximately 2 hours and at the end of the experience, you will be able to take away the bottle of the blend you will have created with a personalized label.

Barrel Tasting
The Barrel Tasting is a 30 minutes experience during which you will have the opportunity to taste a wine extracted from a barrel during its aging process and benefit from the explanations by one of our Wine Advisor.

Cellar Tour
The Cellar Tour is an experience of 15 to 30 min during which you will enjoy the explanations about the production process from the harvest to the bottling.

Vineyard Tour
The work in the vineyard is the first and one of the most important step of the production process. The Vineyard Tour is an experience of approximately 1 hour during which our Farm Manager, Ernest Manuel, will explain you his missions and the importance of his work in the vineyard.
