Tastings are conducted in the Tasting Centre, once an old barn which was built in 1823. The relaxed lounge atmosphere allows you to sample fine wines while ensconced in comfy couches and fine surroundings. This approach to wine tasting is designed to expand the whole experience and allow you to absorb not only the pleasures of the wine, but also to provide a glimpse of a past gracious era.
