Settle in and admire the iconic Heath Nash chandelier - made from 334 recycled Spier wine bottles and weighing 370kgs - which hangs above the tasting counter. You can either enjoy a set wine tasting (see the list below), with or without a food pairing, or order whatever you like with an olive, cheese or cured meat board.

Spier Tasting: Choose three wines from our Signature range and one from each of the three premium wine ranges, 21 Gables, Creative Block and Seaward.
Chocolate and wine tasting: Inspired by our Spier Cap Classique and our Spier Creative Block blends, the chocolatier has carefully crafted chocolates that complement and unlock nuanced flavours in each of our liquid treasures.
Winemaker Selection: Taste from our 21 Gables and Creative Block ranges plus the organic red blend, Spier First Stone.
Children's Grape Juice Tasting: This tasting is the ideal way to keep the youngsters busy with a tasting of two different grape juices and an educational activity sheet highlighting the role insects play in our vineyards.
Food platters to pair with the tastings are also available for sale. For groups of eight or more, a reservation is required. Please ensure that bookings are made and confirmed at least 48 hours in advance.
