Slanghoek Mountain Resort

If you are keen to stock up on great value wines and to experience the festivities, then why not stay over for a night or two.

The Slanghoek Mountain Resort is nestled among a 150-year-old Oak forest on the slopes of the Badsberg Conservation Area. There are self-catering cottages, a luxury tented camp and a camping and caravan area on the banks of a stream.

The River House cottages and camp site are on the banks of the Breede River, while Buchu Kloof is an ideal hide-away to shake off stress. This self-catering cottage is built from local rock and is only reachable by 4x4.

Grietjiesdrift is surrounded by mountains and the former wine cellar offers five en-suite bedrooms. The Roetwa Farm Cottage is on an Arabian stud farm and activities include hiking, fishing and mountain biking.
