Soak up magnificent sun sets; bask in moonlight; watch whales frolic behind the breakers at Kammabaai; walk to the beautiful Kamma, Nanny's or Voelklip beaches or stroll along the nearby mountain paths to experience the delicate detail of thousands of species of indigenous Fynbos.

The house comprises on the ground level of the following:
Open plan lounge, dining area and modern kitchen leading to a covered stoep. Two bedrooms, on-suite, each with two single beds. One bathroom has a bath, the other a shower. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, modern gas hob and electric oven, microwave and dishwasher. Lounge has an open fireplace. Washing machine and drier. Back stoep with Weber braai
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with double beds, en-suite. Both bathrooms have showers. The views from this level are simply spectacular.
The house has a double lockup garage, walled, outside shower, landscaped garden and a 24h armed response security.
