Culinary Executive Chef : Rikku Ò’Donnchü

Prior to filling the position of executive chef at Michelin-awarded Merchants Restaurant in Nottingham, UK, Chef Rikku Ò’Donnchü worked alongside several decorated chefs, including Marco Pierre White, Thomas Keller and Heston Blumenthal.

Supported by a team with Michelin star and World’s 50 Best Restaurants experience, the star chef now brings his contemporary approach to cuisine to Gåte at Quoin Rock. By marrying his taste for the avante-garde with the freshest produce the land has to offer, Chef Rikku has created a dining experience that’s self-sustained and theatrical.
