BLOEM is designed to deliver a laid-back, family-friendly dining experience, with a menu centred on fresh, seasonal ingredients sourced from local producers. Helmed by Carla Burger, a chef nurtured in Basson’s kitchens, BLOEM offers breakfast and shared plates for lunch, all while showcasing the finest wines from Paul Clüver and other Elgin vineyards.
