The recently refurbished and relaunched Quoin rock Wine Estate offers no shortage of eye-catching detail in its luxuriously chic new spaces, where organic elements of wood, stone and water plat off against the sleek leather banquettes and striking vineyard views.
The central wine bar in the Wine Lounge is fashioned to resemble the egg-shaped fermentation wine barrels in the adjoining cellar, while the ceiling motifs offer a visual link to the movement of the wine leaves in the wind. Come evening, the wine lounge transforms into one of the cape winelands most exciting new restaurants, Gåte.
The venue offers high-end luxurious décor finishes and light fixtures throughout, with sliding sliding doors that open on to a spacious outdoor deck, it can seat up to 200 guests or 300 guests for cocktail or buffer-style events. A stylish and luxurious floating cigar-lounge is perfectly positioned for enjoying the cape winelands epic sunsets. In-house catering is available and conference equipment and furniture can be hired on request.
