Koelenhof is conveniently located just off the N1 highway, making it accessible to guests travelling from Cape Town and surrounding areas. For those travelling from Stellenbosch, it is a mere 14 kilometres’ drive on the R304, also called the Bottelary Hills wine route. The venue is spacious and can fit up to 200 guests, and the Koelenhof team can assist with every detail to ensure that your event proceeds according to plan. We have an in-house catering option available and can therefore supply guests with snacks throughout the duration of the conference. If preferred, guests are also allowed to make use of an outsourced catering company.
Unfortunately, we do not have any lodging options available on our estate, but being situated so close to Stellenbosch, guests can book accommodation at a vast selection of hotels and guest houses in Stellenbosch.
