Food
Cuvée Restaurant’s culinary team is led by Executive Chef Lucas Carstens. Together with his team, Lucas will ensure that your culinary experience is of the highest standard. We have numerous options to choose from and we guarantee to satisfy any food lover’s expectations.
Service
All your needs and requirements will be taken care of by our Restaurant Managers, Dirk Vorster and Jackie Retief together with their accomplished team. They will ensure that all services are of the highest standard and that your glasses are always filled with Simonsig’s best award-winning wines. Jackie Retief, our Function Coordinator, will also be on hand to lend her personal touch and ensure that your wedding runs effortlessly and meets all specifications agreed on.

With spectacular views of the Simonsberg Mountains and the breath-taking landscape of our vineyards your wedding pictures will have a classical and elegant feel which will be captured on your special day, to cherish forever.
Reception (weddings)
The venue can accommodate 30 – 80 people with a dance area and DJ station. Our team will assist in the table layout and seating arrangement to ensure that each and every loved one is comfortably accommodated.
Our Function coordinator will assist you in the following:
• A site inspection of the entire venue (booking is essential)
• Venue layout and table setting
• Compile a detailed programme/time schedule to ensure everything runs smoothly
• Coordinate events on the day of the function
• Send reminders of payments
