- The restaurant seats a maximum of 110 people.
- The minimum number of guests for which the entire restaurant may be reserved for is 80. (During high season - November until Easter Weekend)
- The price per head is R320.00 and includes a three-course set menu chosen by yourself from our function menu: a choice of 3 starters, 3 mains, 3 desserts and coffee. This price is subject to change at any time.
- All wine and other beverages are supplied by Tokara and are to be paid for in addition to the price per head.
- A 15% service charge will be added to the combined food and drinks bill.
- The food bill is to be settled before the function and the drinks bill on the day.
- Decorating the restaurant (florists, etc.) may occur throughout the day by arrangement.
- Guests can arrive at Tokara from 18h00 onwards for pre-drinks/snacks and enter the main dining area at 19h00 only.
- DJ/s may play until 01h00 and the bar also closes at this time.
