We have kept the rustic charm of the building's design, with its Oregon Pine-beamed ceiling. Lunches are served on a large veranda that overlooks horses grazing on pastures below. It has now been carefully converted to a well-equipped conference centre, with air-conditioning, a kitchen, entertainment area and all modern conference facilities.

We intend to grow our already successful conference business from a single venue, 18- room unit to a multiple venue, 30- bedroom unit in a few years time. Thokozani will own and develop the additional real estate involved (five erven and Bluegum Cottage) which will form the principal component of its asset base and capital gain potential
We will continue to welcome our corporate and government clients as they conduct their workshops, professional conferences and training events; we hope to run occasional in-house conferences that focus on the country’s change processes.
